Myers Industries intent to sell

AKRON, OHIO --

Myers Industries, Inc. (NYSE: MYE) announced Thursday that it has entered into a non-binding letter of intent with Zhongding Sealing Parts Co. Ltd. to sell substantially all of the assets of its Buckhorn Rubber Products, Inc. and Michigan Rubber Products, Inc. subsidiaries to Zhongding Sealing Parts Co. Ltd.

Myers Industries, Inc. is an international manufacturer of polymer products for industrial, agricultural, automotive, commercial and consumer markets.
