There's a double edged sword to getting your annual flu vaccine this year.

The good news is, people are getting it.

The bad news, so many people are getting it, several place are running out.

Quincy Medical Group is suspending its walk in clinics until more vaccine is available.

If your child is more than 3 years old and already scheduled for the Pediatric Flu Shot Clinic, the appointment still stands and your child will receive the Seasonal Flu vaccine.

We also checked Marion County Missouri, and found out there is a season flu scheduled for this Friday.

It's a walk in clinic at the health department from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm.

It's much the same story in McDonough County, although the Health Department doesn't do flu clinics.

It sends what it gets to providers like McDonough District Hospital.

The next shipment into the Health Department is due in late November.
