DES MOINES, IOWA (AP) -- An Iowa judge has dismissed one of the final cases over the Iowa Lottery's TouchPlay game.

Webster County Judge Thomas Bice dismissed a lawsuit on Oct. 9 filed by the Curt Green, the owner of Green Amusement Co. of Fort Dodge.

The Legislature pulled the plug on the game in 2006, and the state was repeatedly hit by lawsuits. Green sought damages for the termination.

The judge ruled, among other issues, that Green failed to produce a contract between his company and the Iowa Lottery regarding the game. TouchPlay was played on machines resembling slot machines and were in about 3,200 convenience and grocery stores and bars.
