Lincoln Douglas Apartment resident dies

SPRINGFIELD, IL -- A Quincy man died today from that fire at the Lincoln Douglas Apartments earlier this week.

Lawrence Lehner died Friday at Springfield Memorial Hospital.

You'll recall the fire started in Lehner's apartment on the 7th floor.

Lehner was burned pretty badly and airlifted to Springfield.

A cigarette caused the blaze.
