QUINCY, IL -- Students in the Quincy Public School District seem to have gotten over illness.
You'll recall one of the schools approached a 17 percent absentee rate last month.
KHQA's Rajah Maples spoke with Superintendent Lonny Lemon for an update Tuesday afternoon.
He said the district had about a 10-day stretch of sicknesses going around.
But Lemon says that absentee rate has gone down significantly.
