"The Big Bang" to benefit Alzheimer's Association

Dueling pianos event scheduled for Jan. 29

QUINCY, ILL. -- "The Big Bang" is returning to Quincy.

The dueling pianos performance will take the stage at Backwaters, Front and Hampshire Streets in Quincy on Friday, Jan. 29.  Doors open at 7 p.m.; the event starts at 8 p.m.

Tickets cost $20 per person in advance, $25 per person at the door.  Advance tickets are available at the Quincy Area Branch Alzheimer's Association office Room 200 inside the Quincy Senior and Family Resource Center at 639 York.  The office is open 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.  Advance tickets also are available at Emerald City Jewelers at 3236 Broadway in Quincy, and The Business Centre at 625 Hampshire in Quincy.

All money raised by this event benefits the Quincy branch of the Alzheimer's Association in its efforts to fight Alzheimer's disease, and to offer information and support to patients, their families and caregivers.
