Standoff ends with two arrests

QUINCY, ILL. -- A five hour standoff in Quincy ended with the arrest of two people.

It all started earlier this week after a traffic accident at 12th and Lind.  A warrant was issued for Isaiah Murray. He was found at six and a half Lind.

Murray was arrested for leaving the scene of a property damage accident, aggravated assault and possession of a weapon by a felon. Kimberly Koontz was arrested for harboring a fugitive and obstructing justice.
