QUINCY, ILL. -- Quincy's riverfront is also seeing minor flooding.

All American, Bob Bangert and Kesler parks, all have water over the road and in the parking lots.

Quincy's Central Services were busy Monday morning at the water treatment plant.

They are building up the levee that connects the steel wall to the road.

Currently at Quincy's riverfront the river is up to ninteen point seven feet and is expected to be near twenty-one on Wednesday night.

At that point Clat Adams Park could also see some flooding.
