A Schuyler County, Illinois grand jury has indicted a 22-year-old Rushville man in connection with an accident last October that killed another 22-year-old man.

State's Attorney Teena Griffin says Ryan Boyd faces three counts of obstructing justice; one count of failure to render aid, one count of reckless homicide and one count of aggravated DUI.

Initially police thought Ryan Jones, who was killed in the crash, was driving the truck. But after more investigating and testimony in front of the grand jury, the indictment was returned.

Boyd is in the Schuyler County Jail.
