WEVER, IA. -- UPDATE: Thursday, April 8 at 9:43 a.m.A representative of Burlington Northern Santa Fe tells KHQA Thursday morning that this was a small derailment of three empty cars.
Two of the cars are back with the train and the train is on the move.
One car was moved aside and the track was reopened.
The problem was caused by a mudslide in that area that happened around 9 p.m. Wednesday.

Burlington Northern Santa Fe trains are again rolling after a train derailment overnight.
Officials say around 9 p.m. last night, a mudslide caused three empty train cars to derail from the tracks.
It happened just north of Wever, Iowa near the Skunk River.
BNSF crews were on the scene overnight and cleared the tracks.
The train was completely empty at the time the cars overturned.
No one was hurt.
This is the second BNSF train derailment in less than a month.
You'll recall a train carrying coal derailed in Alexandria, Mo. two weeks ago.
That derailment is still under investigation.

A Burlington Northern Santa Fe train has derailed.
According to eyewitnesses, several cars are off the tracks north of Wever, Iowa near the Skunk River.
BNSF crews are on the scene at this time.
Des Moines County Sheriff's deputies say the derailment did not impact roadways.
According to BNSF officials, three empty coal cars derailed between Kemper and Burlington. The train was completely empty at the time the cars overturned.
There were no injuries.
This is the second BNSF train derailment in less than a month.
You'll recall a train carrying coal derailed in Alexandria, Missouri just over two weeks ago.
That derailment is still under investigation.
