Missourians cash in on sales tax savings

MISSOURI -- Missouri residents can get a better deal on new appliances in the coming week.

It's all part of the second Show-Me-Missouri Sales Tax Holiday starting Monday, April 19 through April 25th.

All you have to do to take advantage of tax-free purchases is to buy new energy star qualified appliances.

Customers will save 4.22 percent, the entire state sales tax on those items.
