Arrest made in connection with a fire last December.

FORT MADISON, IOWA (AP) -- Fort Madison Police have made an arrest in a fire from last year.

Police arrested Tommy Lee Barton of Fort Madison.

They say he set the fire at 5-12 Eleventh Street in Fort Madison on December 27th, 2009.

He's been charged with arson and making threats.
