A Renick man charged with incest and rape made his first court appearance Monday. 43-year-old Matthew Kennedy was arraigned in Randolph County Circuit Court.

Sunday, April 18 at approximately 2:05 a.m. the Appanoose County Sheriff received a 9-1-1 report of a personal injury accident in the 17000 block of Highway J46 on the east edge of Numa. Investigation of the crash revealed that Wade B. Peck, 21, of Corydon, was driving a 2004 Chevrolet pickup west bound on Highway J46.
