SEDALIA, MO. (AP) -- A 40-year-old Kansas man is accused of videotaping men in bathrooms at the Missouri State Fair with a camera hidden in a briefcase.

Larry J. Hinson of Kansas City, Kansas, was arrested early Saturday and charged with one count of felony invasion of privacy.

A fair employee called state troopers after seeing a man carry a briefcase into bathrooms several times over a two-and-a-half hour period.

A probable cause statement says the employee followed the man into a bathroom and saw that his pants were not around his ankles in a stall, as if he was using the toilet.

Troopers said a search of Hinson's briefcase revealed a video camera wrapped in a towel. They also said a tape in the camera showed an image of a penis, and that holes were found in the first and second stalls in the bathroom.

Hinson is free on $5,000 bond.
