QUINCY, ILL. -- Preps are underway for Quincy's largest parade.

So if you're looking for something to do this weekend...you won't have to travel far for a good time.

You can join in on the festivities of the 2010 Dogwood Festival right here in Quincy.

Tonight neighborhood block parties kicked off at six at various locations.

Plus, QU's Senior class is hosting Wine-Fest.

And, Saturday the Dogwood Parade starts at 9:00 a.m. beginning at 24th and Maine and proceeding west to 6th and Maine.

KHQA will be participating in the parade and we'll have plenty of candy so we hope to see you Saturday morning.

There will also be festivities in Washington Park from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and noon to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday.
