The McDonough County Community Quality of Life Advisory Committee (CQLAC) is seeking nominations for exceptional service to the McDonough County Area.

The McDonough County Community Quality of Life Advisory Committee is looking for any McDonough County Family, Resident, Business, Organization, or college student/organization who has contributed to improving the quality of life in McDonough County through their volunteer efforts to the community or an individual in 2009/2010.    

Nominations are now being accepted from residents, organizations, schools, businesses, and others who believe that a person or organization should be recognized for their volunteer efforts to the community or individual. 

Nominations should be no longer than one page.  Nominator should include their name, address, and telephone number for verification.

Deadline to submit nominations: July 15, 2010

The awards ceremony will be held at 4 pm, September 14, 2010 at the Macomb Spoon River College Community Outreach Center, 2400 East Jackson Street, Macomb.      

Refreshments will be served.
