Severe weather hit many parts of the Tri-States overnight.
From Missouri to Iowa, KHQA received reports of road closures because of heavy rain.
The Fort Madison Police Department reported to KHQA that many streets in that city were flooded, and some creeks were out of their banks.
Drivers are urged to use extreme caution and to watch out for floating debris like tree limbs, which can be difficult to see underwater.
As of 3:30 a.m. Thursday, more than 1200 homes in Henderson County, Illinois were without power, according to the Ameren website. As of 11:10 a.m., the website reported only 16 customers still without electricity. Adams County had 178 customers without power, and Hancock County reported 96 customers without power early Thursday morning; as of 11:10 a.m., all power had been restored, according to Ameren.

Schuyler County: Route B for 8 miles southeast of Lancaster (a culvert is washed out in the area)
Scotland County: Route D at Tobin Creek (no access to the Tobin Creek Bridge)
Clark County: Highway K (where K meets NN) & Route H
Knox County: State Route 151 and State Route E
Shelby County: State Route N
Illinois
Hancock County: between Nauvoo and Hamilton on Ill. 96
Henderson County: reports of water on many roads
Iowa
Lee County: intersection where Highway 61 and Highway 2 meet (more on the Highway 2 side)
Ft. Madison: many streets flooded, lots of floating debris, creeks out of their banks
Burlington: Iowa 99 is closed north of Burlington as is Mason Road in Burlington
