QUINCY, ILL. -- The Quincy Park Board met Wednesday evening to elect officers for the coming year.
John Frankenhoff was reelected president by a unanimous vote. Tom Behrens was reelected vice president.
WTAD News reports that Frankenhoff's number one priority is the Cedar Creek Trail because both the community and the park board want to see it completed.
The board also approved the purchase of 60 regular aluminum tables and eight ADA tables at a cost of some $38,600. They will replace wooden tables, and should be both safer and last longer.
