Macon Police Department News Release on 21 June 2010:
On Friday, June 18, 2010, officers of the Macon Police Department completed an ongoing investigation pertaining to the Robbery that was reported at Breaktime on June 17th, 2010.
At approximately 4:00 pm on June 18, officers arrested Damon Mason, 33 of Macon, and Ashley M. Graham, 26 of Macon, in reference to the investigation. Both were processed at the Macon Police Department and later transported to the Macon County Jail.
Graham was formally charged with Filing a False Police Report and Felony Stealing.
Mason was formally charged with Felony Stealing. Both suspects are currently being held on $5,000.00 cash only bond.
Graham was employed by Breaktime at the time of the Robbery.
A criminal charge is merely an allegation and the defendant is, of course, presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
