Arrest stemmed from suspect's alleged actions in a mid-day vehicle pursuit on May 13, 2010.

HANNIBAL, MO. -- Officers of the Hannibal Police Department arrest a Hannibal man for a number of municipal warrants and a felony probation warrant.

Officers observed a man whom they recognized as having several outstanding warrants in the 1200 block of Church at 1:45 Tuesday afternoon.

Officers contacted the man who was positively identified as Paul J. Sultzman, 28, of Hannibal and took him into custody without incident.

Sultzman was wanted on twenty (20) municipal warrants stemming from his alleged actions in a mid-day vehicle pursuit on May 13, 2010.

Sultzman was also wanted on an active felony probation warrant.

Sultzman was transported to the Hannibal Police Department and later transferred to the Marion County Jail Facility where he was held on the no bond probation warrant as well as the municipal warrants with a total bond of $3,450.

Sultzman is scheduled to appear in Municipal Court on Thursday, June 24th.
