Missouri Foundation for Health (MFH) and we have collaborated with the CHART Partnership to hold an informational presentation to involve your community in a dialogue about the region’s health care needs. The program will include information about the purpose and objectives of the Missouri Foundation for Health, and will be structured to gather information on issues such as health care access, social services, education and the economy in rural Missouri.
If you can attend the meeting, we would love your input. Members of the community are welcome to attend Wednesday, July 21, 2010, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at Fiddlestiks Restaurant , located at 8945 Highway 36, Hannibal, MO. 63401. Lunch will be provided by the Missouri Foundation for Health.
