NEW YORK, N.Y. -- In case you missed it Thursday morning, Quincy was featured on The Early Show.

Goodwin Tours was in the crowd representing the Tri-States.

Erin Fischer, of Goodwin Tours, told KHQA that a motorcoach tour of approximately 30 people departed to New York City for a 9 day trip to see the sights and sounds of the big city.

The group toured the Statue of Liberty, Ellis Island, had a 3 hour cruise around Manhattan Island and finally some of the group were able to visit the The Early Show.

Other parts of the group may have also split up and attended the the Today Show Wednesday as well.

They should be returning to Quincy on Sunday sometime.

Fortunately before their trip ended, the lucky tourists were able to wave to family and friends and show their poster on national television.
