Woman gave stick up note to check out clerk
QUINCY, ILL. -- Update as of 2:00 pm
The Quincy Police Department says they've made an arrest in connection to the armed robbery of the Harrison Street Hy-Vee.
Charged is 42 year old Angela Abner.
She was arrested at a residence in the 1500 block of South 6th Street in Quincy.
Police were able to locate the cash taken in the robbery along with a bb-pellet handgun.
She is charged with armed robbery and is now in the Adams County Jail.

The Quincy police are investigating an armed robbery at the Quincy Hy-Vee store at 14th and Harrison.
It happened just after 1:00 a.m. Wednesday morning.
The police report that a black woman allegedly approached a check out clerk at the store and handed her a note that said "stick up" on it.
She also showed a handgun but did not point it at the clerk.
After getting an undisclosed amount of money the woman ran out of the store.
