Plainville cow owner faces charges

PLAINVILLE, ILL. -- A Plainville, Illinois man faces several charges for unlawful disposal of dozens of cows.

Dean Jingst is accused of not properly disposing carcasses of 24 cows last April.

You're looking at photos of those dead animals that were found on his property in the southern part of Adams County.

He's expected to appear in court this Friday.
