HANNIBAL, MO. -- Hannibal police are investigating a rash of car burglaries, as well as the theft of a car and motor scooter that happened overnight in the Oakwood neighborhood.
The department has received at least 12 reports of items being taken from unlocked cars as well as a car theft in the 800 block of Vermont.
The scooter was taken from the 11 hundred block of Center.
