Quincy City Council approves police contract

QUINCY, ILL. -- The Quincy City Council approved a contract with the police union for patrolmen and sergeants.

The union already had approved the contract.

The only financial increase is a small bump for officers who've been there for 10 years or more.

Officers also can now live anywhere in Adams County.
