QUINCY, ILL. -- Hundreds of people are expected to be downtown Quincy Saturday night for Parrothead Street Dance. Jimmy Buffet fans, better known as Parrotheads, are decked out in their Hawaiian shirts, and yes, even their Parrot heads. Bands have been playing since 5:30. The stage is on Maine Street between 5th and 6th Streets. The Jimmy Buffet tribute band Phins started at 7 and will play until 11 tonight. The party is expected to last until midnight.
