COLCHESTER, ILL. -- People lined the streets in Colchester for their Labor Day Parade.  The theme this year was Pages Through the Ages. Police cars sounded their sirens to start off the parade. Boy scouts walked by holding their flags and the American flag. Little Miss and Master Labor Day were also a part of the parade. Several organizations such like the marching band also had floats.

The holiday weekend has turned downtown Colchester into a carnival.  People enjoyed the rides, games and good food. There was also a bounce house for kids to play in.
