HANNIBAL, MO. (AP) -- A trial date has been set for a Kansas woman charged with killing her ex-boyfriend in Missouri.
The Hannibal Courier-Post reported Wednesday that 30-year-old Annette Cross of Lawrence, Kan., will go on trial April 11.
She's charged with first-degree murder, first-degree arson and armed criminal action in the Sept. 15, 2009, death of 37-year-old Andrew Day of Mountain Grove.
Cross' brother, 28-year-old Dale G. Cross of Hannibal, faces the same charges in Day's death.
His trial is set for May 16 in Phelps County, where it was moved on a change of venue.
The Crosses' mother, 53-year-old Joann Cross, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit murder and was sentenced to 11 years in prison.
And 20-year-old Kristin Smith, also of Hannibal, was sentenced to 10 years on the same charge.
