Iowa corn harvest underway

Perfect August weather has helped farmers in Iowa.

Iowa's corn harvest is already underway.

Corn development in the state is at least nine days ahead of last year and the five year average.

45 percent of Iowa's soybean crops have already turned color.

That's ahead of last year's 26 percent.
