A different judge has been selected to hear the first degree murder trial of Manual Cazares.

He's the man accused of killing two people in Hannibal last year.

Just last week, defense attorneys filed a motion asking for a new judge and today the motion was granted.

It's not known when Judge Nancy Schneider will hear the case in St. Charles court.
