More whooping cough cases in Iowa

COUNCIL BLUFFS, IOWA -- More cases of whooping cough have been confirmed in the Council Bluffs, Iowa area, prompting officials to offer immunizations.

Health officials say more than two-dozen confirmed and probable cases have shown up since late August.
