RUSHVILLE, ILL -- For more then 90 years, the City of Rushville has entertained thousands at their annual Smiles Day parade.
Floats, marching bands from around the area and local business put smiles on the faces of thousands of parade goers.
Smiles Day is all about the community coming together and most of the town shuts down to enjoy the day together.
