Man charged with first degree murder in Northeast Missouri

KIRKSVILLE, MO. -- The Adair County Sheriff's Office has taken a man into custody for questioning in relation to a homicide investigation in Iowa.

The department says Larry Wayne Steen has been charged with first degree murder and burglary in connection to a homicide in Davis County.

Steen appeared in front of a judge today where he waived extradition allowing authorities to return him to Iowa.
