Good news for natural gas customers

There is some good news Wednesday for natural gas customers of Ameren Illinois.

The company says they're expecting rates to remain steady compared to last year for the winter heating season.

Ameren says the sluggish domestic and world economies, along with a low demand for all energies are the big reasons for rates to remain about the same.
