QUINCY, ILL. -- Crews have been working hard to get the 17th Habitat for Humanity House finished.

Some students from Quincy University were there to put the siding on the house today.

They were learning how to cut the siding.

The weather delayed the progress at first, but with the nice weather we've been having, crews have been able to get a lot of work done.

"It took a while to get the foundation in but once we got the foundation in, we've worked 6 Saturdays and we've had all this progress in 6 saturdays so we've really moved along," said Chris Livesay.

Habitat for Humanity is partnered with First Union Congregational Church on this house.

They have donated more than eleven thousand dollars.

The house should be done sometime in December.
