Lee Co. FEMA deadline approaches for individual assistance

The Lee County Iowa Emergency Management Agency says this Wednesday is the deadline to apply to FEMA for possible individual assistance.

This would be for people who might have suffered damage from storms and flooding between June 1st and August 31st.

You can call the toll free FEMA hotline at 800-621-3362.

Also, FEMA says that the Disaster Recovery Center that opened in the River City Mall in Keokuk will close at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 15th.
