MACOMB, ILL. -- Kids in Macomb have a new place to play thanks to the Macomb Kiwanis Club.

The playground was dedicated Saturday afternoon at Chandler Park.

The money came from the Kiwanis Club and the selling of engraved bricks that are now on display in a patio area next to the playground.

The last playground that was here was also built by Kiwanians and was built in 1970.

The new playground is now ready for play.
