Charity house makes big bucks

QUINCY, ILL. -- Here's an update on that Charity House in Quincy.

The house recently sold for 50 thousand dollars...the largest single fundraising event in the history of the Quincy Home Builders Association.

Now, the funds from the home will be allocated to a varity of charities.

5 thousand dollars will go to Camp Callahan.

Another 5 thousand will go to Habitat for Humanity.

GREDF will receive 3 thousand.

And another 7 thousand will go to additional charities in the next few months.

The remaining funds will go to the association's next charity house.
