URSA, ILL. -- The Adams County Sheriff's department conducted a search of registered sex offenders last week. 47 homes were checked. One subject was found non-compliant.
Police arrested 20-year-old Adam Casley from Ursa for being a sex offender living with a child. He also failed to change his address -- both of those are felony violations. Casley is in Adams County Jail without bond.
