Iowa schools to offer whooping cough vaccines

CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA -- Cedar Rapids, Iowa schools are set to offer whooping cough vaccines next month as the bacterial infection continues to spread across Iowa.

So far this year, there have been nearly 430 cases of whooping cough in Iowa.

That's double the number reported last year.
