The Lewis County Sheriff's department has arrested the man responsible for a hog confinement fire last year.

27-year-old William Watters of LaBelle is accused of setting the fire that destroyed this hog confinement building in April 2009.

At the time of the fire, investigators couldn't determine an exact cause.

But after a tip last month, investigators reopened the case which led to Watters' arrest.

He's charged with second degree arson and is currently in the Lewis County Jail on $20 thousand bond.
