A Boone County judge has thrown out some possible evidence in the case against a Laddonia couple accused of killing a drifter from Ohio.
The judge granted a motion to suppress evidence from a State Highway Patrol search of Chester and Angela Harvey's home, where prosecutors allege the victim was killed.
Thirty-eight-year-old Chester C. Harvey Jr. and 34-year-old Angela D. Harvey are charged with first-degree murder, armed criminal action and kidnapping in the Dec. 18, 2009, death of 20-year-old James William Boyd McNeely.
