Chicago construction firm approved to build Iowa prison

An Iowa judge says a Chicago construction firm can go ahead and build the state's new maximum-security prison.

A construction group filed a lawsuit to keep Iowa from awarding the 117 million dollar contract.

Construction is slated to begin next year.
