The union representing the locked out workers of Roquette America says it's upset with the bargaining process.
In a news release, it claims Roquette took away some proposals that had already been agreed upon.
The release says the company did so because it's upset with recent news reports.
A spokesperson from Roquette has told KHQA it will not comment any further to the news media during the negotiating process.
