OLD MONROE, MO. -- The US Army Corps of Engineers will hold a open house and public discussion on Plan H Wednesday night in Old Monroe, Missouri.

There will be an open house from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m.

Public comment will begin at 6:00 p.m.

The meeting is scheduled to be held at the Knights of Columbus Hall 121 Mary Knoll Road in Old Monroe.

Plan H, which is a plan to control flooding along the upper Mississippi River, is not popular with people in Pike County, Mo. because their land would be set aside for flood water storage if the plan would take affect.
