Parolee charged with deviate sexual assault

Sexual assault charges have been filed against the Moberly parolee arrested this week after a SWAT team entered his home. 38-year-old Terry Gillispie is charged in Monroe County Circuit Court with deviate sexual assault and sexual abuse.
