QUINCY, ILL. -- UPDATE: December 14 at 4:32 p.m.
The man hurt in a hit and run accident outside the Quincy Civic Center has been moved from the intensive care unit to the rehab unit of Blessing Hospital, but is still listed in fair condition.
Patrick Hasting of Fowler, was discovered in the south parking lot of the civic center early on the morning of December 6th.
The incident remains under investigation.

The man hurt in a hit and run accident outside the Quincy Civic Center is recovering from his injuries Tuesday night.
22-year-old Patrick Hasting of Fowler, was discovered in the south parking lot of the civic center early Monday morning.
His injuries appear to be consistent with that of a hit and run accident.
As of Tuesday afternoon, Hastings was in fair condition in the intensive care unit of Blessing Hospital.
The incident remains under investigation.

An investigation continues into a possible hit and run that happened early Monday morning.
An unidentified 22-year-old Adams County resident was found lying unresponsive in the parking lot of the Oakley Lindsay Civic Center.
He had been out in the cold for several hours with broken bones, bruises, and scrapes.
He was transported to Blessing Hospital and treated for his injuries.
