A Bowling Green man is accused of sexual acts with a six-year-old girl.
Thirty-four-year-old Raymond L. Henry is charged with felony first-degree statutory rape and felony first-degree statutory sodomy.
The incidents allegedly took place between May 1, 2008 and Jan. 15, 2009, according to a probable cause statement.
Henry was arrested after a Bowling Green Police investigation.
He was being held on $100,000 cash-only bond pending a court appearance.
