Ralls Co. man arrested on three warrants

HANNIBAL, MO. -- Hannibal Police Department officers arrested a 35-year-old Ralls County man on 3 warrants after he was contacted in the 3000 block of Market Street.

Officers were dispatched to a possible accident shortly after midnight on Sunday.

Officers responded and did not locate an accident but did find a male with his vehicle on the side of the road. 

Kevin E. Gollaher of rural Hannibal was arrested on warrants from Ralls County for Failure to register as a Sex Offender (felony), from Marion County for Driving under the Influence (misdemeanor) and a Probation and Parole Warrant for Parole Absconder (felony).

Gollaher was taken into custody without incident.

He was transported to Marion County Jail where he is being held.
